Chason was excited to open his presents from Cabela's, but seemed to have more fun with the boxes - making race tracks, slides, & cabins. They were entertainment for hours! In fact we still have the big box that Dad made into a cabin - complete with doors & windows.

Fun day of wheelin

The boys looked for bunnies & moose while enjoying the cold (15 degrees). They saw one moose on the 14 mile trip. Chason was pointing at hills & bumps he wanted Dad to climb. They had a great day even though their fingers & toes got a bit chilly.

Sleigh Ride

A couple weekends ago, Chason & I went on a horse-drawn sleigh ride with some friends from work. It was a Christmas gift from Karen - thanks Aunt Karen!!! We all had a blast - even when Chason & I were tossed out into the snow. We got a face-full of snow, but Chason said "again!" so I knew he was alright. We laughed a lot!!

We got Chason some more train tracks & a few more trains to go with his collection for Valentines Day. Daddy wasn't too excited about all the little pieces.

Train!!

Playing with the train set Aunt Karen got him for his Birthday. He now has a Thomas the Train track that connects to Percy the Train track. He loves trains!!

He also got a big sled. We're waiting for it to warm up so we can go try it out. It's been 10 - 15 below for weeks!!! We're going a little stir-crazy!

It's so hard to believe our little boy is 2 years old. It was a pretty quiet Birthday. We opened presents in the morning & then went to H2Oasis - just the 3 of us. One of my friends from work came a bit later to swim with us.
